AMTC is the only convention in the world that stresses family values and family participation in every step of the process. This process focuses on education and self-esteem. We advise parents to accompany their children and teens to their AMTC preparation classes, to the convention, and on every out-of-town career-oriented trip after that. The Agents that we invite to see your children are reputable Agents. However, they don’t have the time to do what you can do best; make sure your child or teen is eating well, sleeping well and making good choices outside of the jobs she or he may do.

Moms and Dads, Grandparents and Spouses, you need to understand this industry. When you do, you can provide the star of your home with realistic and grounded support for starring roles elsewhere. The most reputable national agencies have an endless stream of applicants. If a new actor or model fails because she wasn’t prepared with the knowledge to succeed, the top agencies have hundreds more waiting to try.
